🚀New Features
AUS: Freddie Mac (LPA)
Sonar is now fully integrated with Freddie Mac's Loan Product Advisor® (LPA℠) AUS. Through this integration, you can submit loan data for assessment and re-issue asset and income verification reports directly within LPA.
Setting Up LPA Integration
Navigate to your Integrations Page (under Settings) and select Add Integration.
Configure the integration:
Integration Type: Freddie Mac
Provider: Freddie Mac (LPA)
Enter your credentials:
S2S Username
S2S Password
Party Type
Party Number
Click Test to verify your connection, then Save.
Running LPA on a Loan File
To submit a loan file to LPA:
Open the desired loan file.
Navigate to the AUS section.
Select Freddie Mac (LPA) from the available AUS options.
To create a new Case ID for an existing loan, select New Case ID from the dropdown.
If you work at a branch or need to specify your company's Lending Institution ID, use the toggle field to enter this identifier.
Requesting a Verification Report
If you need to re-issue a verification report:
Toggle on I want to use an external verification report.
Click Run AUS.
Viewing Results & Troubleshooting
Access past submissions and case history in the Report History table.
Use the Error Resolution table for quick troubleshooting with specific error codes and solutions.
