The pipeline is a useful tool for viewing all of your leads and active applications. You can personalize your pipeline to best fit your workflow. To access the pipeline, click on the home icon from the left-hand menu.

You can view your pipeline based on three categories:

  • Leads: Leads that have come in that have not become fully submitted applications

  • Loans: All files that have all six pieces of information needed for TRID

  • All: Leads & loans combined, no matter what stage

Within each category, you can dictate which columns to show & hide, filter based on selected criteria, and create your own layouts.

Managing Favorites

Leads, Loans & All each come with default 'favorite' layouts. Favorites are the layouts that appear as clickable filters at the top of the page.

You can re-order and select which layouts to make a favorite inside of the 'Layouts' panel. Clicking on a star will add a layout as a favorite. You can have up to 4 favorite layouts.

For more space, you can hide the favorites by clicking 'Hide Favorites' on the top right.

Using layouts:

The “Layouts” menu lets you share and save frequently used layouts. You can save your current column and filter configuration by giving it a name and selecting “Save as new Layout”.

You can also choose to set the layout as a default view, or share the layout so any member of your organization can use it. You can save multiple pipeline layouts, so make as many as you need.

Creating and Editing Layouts

In addition to the system layouts, you can create your own layouts. Open the Layouts menu, enter a name, then use the Columns and Filters menus to customize your new pipeline layout.

Columns

The “Columns” menu lets you choose which information to display. You can hide existing columns by deselecting its checkbox or add a new column by selecting its checkbox.

Filters

The “Filters” menu lets you specify what range of data you wish to see. For instance, you can add a filter on “Loan Status” to only show loans in the “Active” state.

You can filter on columns that are hidden.

Viewing Archived Loans

By default, the pipeline shows files that are current, meaning that they have not been archived. The button to the right of the layouts dropdown will allow you to select 'Show Archived.'
