Q: How can I make changes to my client's fees and closing costs?

You are able to Create, Modify and Delete a Closing Cost:


Go to the Closing Cost tab (found in the Loan Setup collection).

Add a cost

To add a new cost, select the Add Cost button.

Modify a Cost

To make any changes to a cost, as well as delete, you will need to follow these simple steps:

  • Click on the cost you are looking to modify

  • From here you are able to either delete or edit the cost
