πŸ› οΈ IMPROVEMENTS

  • Active Loans can now be moved back into the status of "Inactive"

    • Only users with the permissions of "Admin" or Originator" will be able to move into this status

    • once a TRID date is set the loan will not be able to be moved back to inactive

  • The LOS now supports the ability to add the borrower's rental amount for their current address

  • Made all font sizes within the loan pages the same

Webhook integration through Zapier for Lead information

  • Sonar customers will now be able to push their lead information out to any CRM of their choosing. This

  • Anytime a loan "Lead Status" is updated the data will be sent to the webhook, which will allow it to be used / picked up by another application to use.

πŸ› Bug Fixes

  • Resolved issue where AUS errors were being hidden from the UI

  • Broker disclosures will now be generated even when the loan does not have any Anti steering quotes present

  • broker disclosures will no longer fail to generate even when there is not an LO assigned to the loan (the system will be defaulting to the tenants representative)

  • Disclosure Due Badge will only appear once the TRID date is set

  • Milestones will now only appear on the summary page once the first one is reached

  • Resolved the issue where income type of schedule B, D and K1 income were not saving

  • Duplicate loans are no longer copying over the "Action Taken" field

  • Fixed calculations for the call report calculations - "Closed Retail Application & Closed Wholesale Application for Serviced Loans"

  • Applications created within the LOS will have a subject property type defaulted to "SingleFamily" and not "unknown" so that pricing can be run earlier
