đ ď¸IMPROVEMENTS
Open a Ready to review condition's document straight from its row, satisfy it in the viewer, then move on to the next one.
Satisfy in the viewer has the same confirmation and Undo as the row.
A condition with several documents lets you pick one.
The loan header now shows:
The rate lock expiration in every lock state, not only when the lock is Locked.
The closing date on purchase loans, or the estimated closing date until the closing date is set.
New conditions now start on Borrower request. Internal is one click away.
Loan Audit now shows a warning when a closed or approved-not-accepted loan has all six TRID application items but no TRID date.
For AI and API customers:
New Loan.Created webhook event, sent once for every new loan from the LOS, POS, lead intake, API, MCP and MISMO import.
Webhook deliveries pause after repeated failures to an endpoint and resume once it recovers. Your administrators and support staff get an email when a webhook is paused.
Pricing requests for an unlicensed or unknown state now return "Pricing is not available in the requested state."
đNEW FEATURES
One-page Application:
Every Application section is now on one scrolling page. Click a section in the Application menu to jump to it.
Fields are sized to their values, and related groups sit side by side, so more of the loan fits on screen.
Property:
Housing expenses run across one row, with a Monthly | Annual switch and a "Use factor" option for taxes and insurance.
A new Property details tab holds bedrooms, bathrooms, gross living area, parcel number and more. The Expenses tab is removed.
Product: points are entered as points with the dollar amount beneath, and credits in dollars with the percentage of the loan amount beneath.
Employment: choose Current or Previous for each employer. Previous requires an end date.
Card Loan Summary (AI customers):
A new Loan Summary shows the loan's key facts in compact cards, including Borrower, Loan details, Property, Key dates, Conditions, Notes, Product and AUS.
Make it your own:
Drag cards to rearrange them.
Show or hide cards with Choose cards, and use Reset layout to start over.
Each card's Edit button opens that section of the Application, and Back to summary returns you to the same card.
Apex cards show the current milestone's open Apex tasks and Apex's financial analysis findings.
Switch between Classic and New in Profile â Preferences â Loan summary.
Time settings:
Admins can set the company's holidays, business hours and after-hours arrivals in Settings â Company settings â Time settings.
Add all federal or stock-market holidays in one step, or copy last year's holidays and adjust the dates.
Set business hours for each day of the week, including Saturday.
The initial Loan Estimate deadline and rate lock expiration use your company's holiday calendar.
Foreign national borrowers:
In the POS, borrowers without an SSN can apply with an ITIN, and the soft credit pull still runs.
In the LOS, the SSN field is now Taxpayer ID, with an ID type of SSN or ITIN.
Foreign addresses are accepted for a borrower's current address on purchase and pre-approval loans, and for employers and REO. State and ZIP are optional for countries that don't use them.
ITINs are sent in MISMO exports and Fannie Mae AUS submissions.
đ Bug Fixes
Fixed the initial Loan Estimate deadline counting calendar days instead of business days, which showed on-time loans as past due and blocked loan officers from sending disclosures.
Fixed saving Transaction details on a closed loan reopening it and setting its estimated property value and down payment to $0.
Fixed a save moving a loan with a final action, including approved but not accepted, back to Active and off the HMDA register.
Fixed setting the Application Date on a loan with a final action resubmitting the application and emailing the borrower that it was submitted.
Fixed setting the Rate Lock date in Key Dates not locking the rate.
Fixed borrowers being able to open archived or deleted loans from a saved or emailed link.
Fixed alimony and child support with no balance being left out of DTI.
Fixed deferred student loans using one payment factor for every loan type. They now use 1% for Fannie Mae, 0.5% for Freddie Mac, FHA and USDA, and 5% á 12 for VA.
MISMO import:
Fixed FHA upfront MIP importing as the monthly MIP.
Fixed conventional PMI, the USDA annual fee and ARM terms (caps, adjustment frequency and floor) not importing.
Fixed collection accounts importing as Other, and escrowed property taxes being left out of the housing payment and DTI.
Fixed files with a trust or LLC as the borrower failing to import.
Fixed closed HELOCs with a stored QM status being counted in the call report's QM rows.
Fixed credit orders against a deleted credit connection showing a generic error instead of the no-active-connection message.
Fixed condo details not being editable from Edit all on the Property tab.
Fixed the Delete Liability confirmation opening at the bottom of the page.
Fixed Apex reruns failing on loans with large files.
Fixed Run Apex sometimes finishing without running any steps.

Fixed the lead API rejecting a HELOC or HELOAN on a purchase.
