This page is about the Contacts page, which lets you view all contacts. For information on individual contacts, see Viewing a Contact.

The Contacts page lets you view both business and borrower contacts.

Customizing Contact View

The Contacts page has the same filtering options as the Pipeline page. You can choose what columns to display, which criteria to filter on, and save layouts of your frequently-used settings.

Columns

The “Columns” menu lets you choose which information to display. You can hide existing columns by deselecting its checkbox or add a new column by selecting its checkbox.

Filters

The “Filters” menu lets you specify what range of data you wish to see. For instance, you can add a filter on “Owner" to only show contacts owned by a specific person.

You can filter on columns that are hidden.

Layouts

The “Layouts” menu lets you share and save frequently used layouts. You can save your current column and filter configuration by giving it a name and selecting “Save as new Layout”. You can also choose to set the layout as a default view, or share the layout so any member of your organization can use it. You can save multiple layouts, so make as many as you need.

Adding a Contact

To add a new contact, click the plus sign next to the archived/unarchived toggle.

You will be prompted for information about the contact.

You must supply at minimum a first name, last name, or company name, as well as specify the type of contact.

You can also choose to allow everyone within your organization to view a contact, or make the contact visible only to yourself. You can always change your mind later and show/hide a contact.
