The Contact View page allows you to see details about a borrower or business contact.

You can access the Contact View in three ways:

  1. Type the person's name in the search bar, then press Enter.

  2. Go to Contacts in the left-hand navigation, and find them in the list.

  3. For a borrower, navigate to one of their loans, then click on their name at the top between Home and the loan number.

Borrower Contacts

Invite to Apply

The Invite to Apply button lets you quickly send a referral link to a borrower.

Details

The Details tab lets you view basic information about the borrower, such as their current address, date of birth, and any active loans they are associated with. You can also view the referral source, the person or entity that referred them to you.

Additionally, you can view and update the originator assigned to them. Note that updating the originator for a borrower will not update the originator on any of their active loans.

Referral Source

  • The referral source is to find out who referred this contact to you - this could be any contact such as a real estate partner

  • To update the referral source, click the three dots next to the referral source.

  • When viewing that referring contacts profile, within the "Referrals tab" that contact will now appear (view more information here)

Loan History

The Loan History tab lets you view all loans the borrower has been involved in either as the primary or a co-borrower.

Marketing

The Marketing tab lets you keep track of how a borrower found you and how they came back to you. It lists the UTM parameters which brought the borrower to your site. For more information, see UTM Parameters.

Referrals

The Referrals tab keeps track of what people the customer has referred to you.
