We've added the following data points to the borrower tab - ensuring that we are capturing all the information needed for a complete loan application.

Military Specific questions were added to the LOS & the POS
The branch of service and start date will now be collected in addition to the projected expiration date of the service/tour.
Hidden Contact
A badge will appear to help make it more clear when viewing a hidden borrower contact

Rate Finder for the POS
The Rate Finder POS page boosts lead conversion by enabling borrowers to compare rates and seamlessly initiate their applications, all while keeping them engaged.

Warning before logging out
Prior to being logged out of the LOS - you will now receive a warning 1 minute before you will be logged out
