Loan Status & Milestone Syncing
Receiving Updates for Existing Loans: To start receiving milestone updates:
Add the Rocket Loan Number in the Attributes tab.
Updates will automatically sync from that point forward.
Note: Loans will automatically receive milestone updates when they are pushed from Sonar to Rocket’s portal. No additional manual steps are required to enable event tracking.

One-click application transfers
Use Sonar's "Send Loan to Rocket" button to send loan applications to Rocket’s TPO portal.
Once the loan has been sent you will be able to navigate directly to the TPO portal to complete the registration
Key Details to Know:
Multiple Submissions: You can send the same loan file multiple times from Sonar, but each submission will create a new, unique loan in Rocket.
No Updates After Submission: Changes made in Sonar after submission will not automatically update in Rocket. Any adjustments will need to be made directly in Rocket’s portal.
How to set up the integration?
Adding Integration to Sonar Account
The Rocket TPO account owner at your company will need to complete the steps below.
Navigate to Sonar's `Settings > Integrations` tab
Click `Add Company Integration`, and select Lender > Rocket Mortgage
Activate the connection
Note: This integration is set up for the entire company. As soon as the admin enables the integration all originators and loans are enrolled automatically.
If your company has already enrolled, there is nothing for you to do!

Where can I find my Rocket Loan Number in the TPO portal?
I have a loan that I've already registered in Rockets Portal. How do I receive the milestone updates?
You can receive updates for any Rocket loan by putting Rocket's Lender Loan Number into the Attributes tab.
What if my milestones aren't syncing?
Verify that the Rocket Loan Number is correctly entered in the Attributes tab.
If its not, you can simply modify this.
How do I ensure my TBD loans (Pre-Approvals) get imported to Rocket correctly?
Ensure that the transaction type is set as
Pre-Approval.
I want to generate a VAL/Pre-Qual in Rocket's portal but my loan came through as a purchase - what should i do?
If you would like to generate a VAL/Pre-qual letter follow these directions provided by the Rocket team:
Submit the loan for registration
Once the loan is submitted, open the “I want to” section and create a Rocket Connect ticket
The partners Crew Underwriter will take the ticket and review the documents (make sure they have everything they need)
Work with the Partner to clear all the conditions to generate the VAL or Pre-Qual
Approve and generate the documentation (which will be available in the documents section of that loan)
