AUS: Fannie Mae - Desktop Underwriter (DU)
Sonar now integrates directly with Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter (DU) for a faster, more seamless loan eligibility evaluation.
Running DU on a Loan File
Re-run an existing case as you update the loan file.
To create a new Case ID for an existing loan, select "New Case ID" from the dropdown.
If you work at a branch or need to specify your company's Lending Institution ID, you can now enter this identifier via a new toggle field.
Viewing Results & Resolving errors
View past runs and case history in the Report History table.
A new error resolution table provides codes for faster troubleshooting.
🐛 Bug Fixes
FE Ratio Fix – FE ratios now calculated correctly.
TRID Checks – Now correctly look for any income, not just primary income.
VOE, VOM, and Gift Letters – These documents now correctly display the Lender Loan Number.
Escrowed Taxes & Insurance – These are now properly excluded from the REO Schedule.
1003 Subject Property City Mapping – Fixed an issue with city mapping.
AUS Results Table – Appraisal Waivers and Reserve Amounts now correctly map.
