🛠️IMPROVEMENTS

  • The Subject Property Qualifying Monthly Payment breakdown can now be viewed within the property tab.

  • The property/REO taxes, insurance, and other housing expenses are now listed monthly

  • AUS can now run TBD loans and supports positive rental history

  • There is now an error message displayed when trying to reissue credit when there are no available providers

  • The qualifying taxes and insurance fields now persist so that LOs can change the values

  • You can now save product information even if there is no value for loan amount

  • The pre-approval letter footer has been updated to pull in the LO’s email instead of the company's email


🚀NEW FEATURES

The Liabilities, Closing Costs, Key Dates, and REO tabs have been given a makeover- thanks in large part to your feedback! These tabs now include totals, summary rows, detail views, and more features to streamline your experience.

Liabilities and REO Updates

Liabilities

  • We have reorganized and streamlined the experience to help make it easier for you to easily understand the liabilities on the loan as well as added the ability to see zero balance liabilities.

    • Housing expense information will no longer be visible on the liability page

    • Within the table row, you will be able to exclude the liability from DTI and set it to payoff or not.

    • If needed, you can now pull in liabilities from the credit report that had a $0 balance. To do this, click “Show All accounts”

      • By default Sonar hides any accounts that have a zero balance and are charged off.

REO

  • The REO tab now groups the properties by Occupancy Type.

  • Each table row shows key details about the property. Expanding the row you can see the additional REO Details, monthly housing expense breakdown, and the paired liabilities

Closing Costs

  • Each section row will display subtotals for the “Borrower”, “Seller”, “Other”, and “Total” amounts.

  • Collapsing the sections will allow you to see a summary of the loan's total costs.

Key Dates & Milestones

  • Key dates and milestones were both reduced to remove any redundancy and be in line with industry standards, but more importantly, making it easier for you to progress the loan through the milestones and track key dates important to the loan's history.

    • Within the “Milestone Checklist” section, you can click the checkbox which will set the key date and move the milestone. You will also have the ability to see who changed the key date below.


🐛 Bug Fixes

  • You can no longer generate disclosures on loans without credit reports

  • Pre-approval expiration date issues

  • the loan export will no longer include housing expense liabilities

  • Pipeline loads data faster when scrolling quickly

  • When submitting an application, form inputs are disabled from further editing
