πŸ› οΈIMPROVEMENTS

  • Improved AI Processor for updated descriptions and tagging

  • Updated the label for the AI processor - new label is "Re-Analyze"

    • Clicking Re-Analyze will try to find a category, tag, and update the document description

  • Rocket events will sync as long as there is a valid lender loan number, and the lender is either empty or Rocket Mortgage

  • Removed duplicate documents from appearing - we will only show the converted PDF document

  • Updated Business contacts sub tab within Loan contacts to be "Third Party"

There are 3 major changes included in this release: Improved Document experience within the LOS, Improved Document/Condition experience in the POS, and support for service providers

Documents in the LOS

We've completely redesigned how you work with documents in both the LOS and POS. Here's what's new:

1. New Document Views

Choose how you want to see your documents with two new view options:

  • List View - See all document details in a traditional table format

  • Thumbnail View - Browse documents visually with preview images

2. Document Categories

Keep documents organized with our new category system. Apex automatically categorizes new documents, and you can change the category anytime.

Available Categories:

  • Borrower ID

  • Income

  • Assets

  • Liabilities / Debts

  • Property

  • Loan Package / Disclosures

  • AUS

  • Miscellaneous

Note for Existing Documents: Documents uploaded before this release won't have categories assigned automatically. You can quickly add categories to these documents by clicking the category field and selecting the appropriate option.

3. Document Sharing Controls:

Added granular controls for which documents are shared with borrowers through the POS, with clear warnings when toggling sharing settings

4. Filtering/Sorting Documents

Find documents instantly with new filter options:

  • Sort by the age of when the document was uploaded (Newest or Oldest first)

  • Filter by Category

  • Filter by Tags

  • Filter by Who Uploaded (Borrower, System, or Internal User)

5. Enhanced Document Preview

Working with documents is now easier with our improved preview:

  • Larger, full-screen document view

  • Navigate between documents without going back to the list

  • Link unlink and satisfy conditions without leaving the page

POS Condition/Document Changes

Split view between documents & conditions

  • Borrowers can easily toggle between conditions & documents.

  • Within the documents tab, borrowers will be able to see documents uploaded and shared with and the documents they've uploaded

Clear Condition Tracking

Borrowers can now easily track their progress with conditions organized into three clear groups:

  • Outstanding - What they still need to provide

  • In Review - Documents uploaded and waiting for approval

  • Completed - Approved and done

Flexible Upload Options

Borrowers can choose how to upload documents:

  • Option 1: Direct Upload

    • Click "Upload" on a specific condition

    • Document automatically links to that condition

  • Option 2: Bulk Upload

Service Provider & Business Contact Updates

We're introducing powerful new capabilities for managing service providers and automating fee assignments. This update streamlines how you work with title companies, appraisers, and other service providers while ensuring accurate fee allocation.

Enhanced Third Party Contacts

What's Changed

Third Party contacts (formerly Business Contacts) now include:

  • All contact fields are visible and editable

  • Option to save loan-specific changes back to the master contact

  • Service provider designation option

  • State-specific license display

Adding Third Party Contacts

  1. Go to Loan Contacts > Third Parties tab

  2. Click Add Third Party

  3. Search for existing contact or create new

  4. Choose save options:

    • Save as Contact ON: Saves to company-wide contacts

    • Save as Contact OFF: Keeps it loan-specific only

    • Service Provider: Available when saving company-wide

  • Borrower Information & Declarations:

    • Fixed an issue where the Borrower tab and Declarations section weren't properly showing as completed, eliminating the need to refresh or re-login to see status updates

  • Milestone Tracking:

    • Fixed milestone age calculations that were displaying incorrect day counts.

    • Corrected the display order of milestone checklists to show in proper chronological sequence

  • Resolved AC# display order issues in Call Reports Preview across all tabs

  • Resolved exporting lien priority

  • Resolved: deleted layout stays until refreshed

  • Resolved pricing issue

  • Lien Position export resolved
