The Documents tab is where you can find supplemental documents such as credit reports and disclosures, as well as upload documents of your own. The Document tab is located under the Underwriting collection.

Uploading Documents

Both you and the borrower can upload documents to a loan. Simply drag and drop files into the specified box, or click it to open a file upload dialog. Files must be PDF, JPEG, PNG, CSV, or Word documents.

Downloading Documents

To download a single document, select the download icon to the right of the document filename. To download multiple documents at once, check off the boxes to the left of the names of the documents you wish to download, then scroll up to the selected document options and select the download icon.

Auto-convert to PDF

All uploaded documents are automatically converted to PDF, making it easy to merge them into a single file or share with a lender.

Merging Documents

You can merge multiple PDF files into a single file in order to consolidate them. Select the files you wish to combine, then use the "merge selected documents" button.

Auto-tag and link conditions using AI

When new documents are uploaded—by you or the borrower—our AI Processor reviews them, assigns a category, applies relevant tags, adds a description, and links any related conditions.

Clicking the 'Re-Analyze' button will have the AI review the document again.

Satisfying Conditions

If you want to satisfy the condition, use the menu on the linked condition. The condition will be also checked off in the Conditions tab and reflected as such in the borrower's dashboard.
