The Documents tab is where you can find supplemental documents such as credit reports and disclosures, as well as upload documents of your own. The Document tab is located under the Underwriting collection.

Uploading Documents

Both you and the borrower can upload documents to a loan. Simply drag and drop files into the specified box, or click it to open a file upload dialog. Files must be PDF, JPEG, PNG, CSV, or Word documents.

Downloading Documents

To download a single document, select the download icon to the right of the document filename. To download multiple documents at once, check off the boxes to the left of the names of the documents you wish to download, then scroll up to the selected document options and select the download icon.

Convert to PDF

You can convert files to PDF by selecting the file you wish to convert and using the "Convert to PDF" button. This will generate a PDF version of the file and add it to the list of documents.

Merging Documents

You can merge multiple PDF files into a single file in order to consolidate them. Select the files you wish to combine, then use the "merge selected documents" button.

Auto-tag and link conditions using AI

When new documents are uploaded (either by yourself or by the borrower) our AI Processor will review the document and auto-tag, add a description, and add any linked conditions.

Clicking the 'Ai Processing' button will have the AI review the document again.

Tagging Documents

Tags allow you to easily organize documents. To tag a document, select the plus sign icon. This will open a dropdown menu with all the available tags. If at least one document has a tag, the tags will become available as sort options.

Linking Conditions

Find the document you wish to link, then click on the plus button to find the condition.

Select the condition(s) you wish to link.

If the condition is satisfied, use the toggle to mark the condition as completed. The condition will be also checked off in the Conditions tab and reflected as such in the borrower's dashboard.

Finding Documents

You can search for a document by its respective title
