  • Enhanced lead notification emails:

    • New leads and lead updates now have distinct subject lines so you can quickly tell them apart in your inbox

      • New leads: 🏠 New Lead: Borrower Name – Subject Property City, State (e.g., 🏠 New Lead: Mort Gage – Philadelphia, PA)

      • Lead updates: πŸ”„ Lead Update: Borrower Name – Lead Status (e.g., πŸ”„ Lead Update: Rose Nnww – Income)

    • Admins can independently control whether new lead emails, lead update emails, or both are sent

✨ NEW FEATURES

  • Added 1008 form (Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary) generation:

    • Generate the 1008 directly from the Quick Actions menu

    • Supports single borrower, co-borrower, net rental income, and self-employment scenarios

  • Added the Lender Loan Information page to the URLA:

    • The URLA now generates in the correct order: Borrower Information β†’ Additional Borrower β†’ Unmarried Addendum β†’ Continuation Sheets β†’ Lender Loan Information

πŸ› BUG FIXES

  • Fixed P&I and Upfront MI rounding so Sonar's calculations match the lender's Closing Disclosure to the penny

  • Fixed Date of Birth being off by one day when received through the Loan API

  • Resolved an issue where adding conditions via the API was not saving correctly

  • Fixed FHA loan amounts showing incorrectly in Sonar exports

  • Fixed TRID not triggering when changing a pre-approval to a purchase transaction and entering a full subject property address

  • Fixed the Ask Agent button on the Apex Dashboard creating a new session each time instead of continuing the existing conversation

  • Updated the LPA export to reflect the current Sonar version identifier

  • Fixed rental income not being calculated when importing a loan
