  • Closing Cost refinements β€” Credit Type dropdown filtered by Transaction Type; Fee Payment By / Paid Details / Cure Amount handling updated for borrower vs seller splits; "Paid To" Provider auto-sets on API-pulled fees.

  • Seller Credit calculations β€” seller credit totals now correctly include the seller-paid portion of split borrower-responsible fees (e.g., a title fee split 50/50 between borrower and seller). Previously, these portions were missed unless tagged explicitly as a seller credit.

✨ NEW FEATURES

Closing Costs Revamp β€” The Closing Costs page has been redesigned: clearer organization, smarter defaults, mobile-friendly, and dark-mode ready.

  • Three clear sections β€” Closing Costs (transaction fees), Credits (Lender / Seller / Purchase), and Borrower POC (paid outside closing)

  • Add fees in-place β€” every section row has its own "+" button; the fee lands in the right section automatically

  • Smarter subtotals β€” each subtotal sums by the responsible party; split fees show the full value under the borrower-responsible total

  • Inline amount editing β€” For fees paid entirely by the borrower in one bucket, you can now edit the amount directly on the table β€” no need to open the modal.

  • Redesigned Add/Edit Fee modal β€” Fee calculation inputs (UFMIP factor, escrow schedules, broker compensation, prepaid interest) now appear on the main view in named sections instead of being tucked behind "Show advanced."

  • Total mismatch warning β€” alerts you when the section total doesn't match the sum of fees beneath it

Approved Service Providers β€” A new two-tier Service Provider model gives admins control over the lender's vetted vendor list and lets Sonar handle TRID tolerance correctly out of the box.
