Sonar can be integrated with several different third-party tools to streamline and automate the process of originating and underwriting loans. The Integrations page can be found under Settings. On this page, you can add new integrations as well as edit and enable/disable existing ones.

Setting Up Your Integrations

Simply head to Settings and click on Integrations. From here, you can add new connections, edit existing ones, or turn integrations on and off with a single click.

Company-Wide vs. Personal Integrations

Sonar gives you flexibility with two types of integrations:

  • Company-Level: Share with your entire team

  • User-Level: Keep for your personal use only

You can add personal connections for Credit, Pricing, and AUS (Fannie, Freddie) systems. This is perfect if different team members need their unique access

Setting Up in 4 Easy Steps

  1. Select the Integration Type and the Provider

  2. Enter your credentials and choose whether to share the connection with your company (we recommend sharing unless your company policy says otherwise)

  3. Test the connection with the Test Button

    1. NOTE: the test button does not validate your credentials.

  4. Save the connection

Managing Your Integrations

Once set up, managing integrations is simple:

  • Turn integrations on/off with the "Active Integration" toggle

  • Inactive integrations appear grayed out

  • Look for the green "Connected" message to confirm a successful connection

Setting up Individual Integration

You can add user-level connections for the following integrations:

  • Credit

  • Pricing

  • AUS (Fannie, Freddie)

Available Integrations

Credit Providers

  • Sonar integrates with over 25+ credit vendors to pull soft and hard credit reports within the LOS.

  • If you have the same set of credit vendor credentials for both soft & hard pulls - you must enter them 2x (once for "hard credit", and then again for "soft credit")

  • Go to Configuring Credit to see more
