Sonar integrates with third-party pricing engines to automatically pull and display product and rate information during loan setup. You can connect pricing engines at either the Company level (shared across your team) or the Personal level (just for you).

πŸ†“ Note: Every Sonar account includes access to the Sonar PPE (Product & Pricing Engine) by default. It’s pre-configured and ready to use at no extra cost as part of your subscription.

About the Sonar PPE (Default)

Sonar includes a built-in PPE (Product & Pricing Engine) that is:

  • Automatically added to your account

  • Free to use with your Sonar subscription

  • Ready to go with no configuration required

If you don’t connect a third-party provider, Sonar PPE will be used by default in the POS.

You only need to follow the steps below if you plan to integrate a third-party pricing engine (e.g., Optimal Blue, Loansifter).

βš™οΈ Set Up and Activate a Third-Party Pricing Engine

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Click Add Integration

  3. Choose Integration Type: Pricing

  4. Select your Pricing Provider

  5. Choose your Access Level:

    • Company – Shared with your team

    • Personal – For your use only

  6. Enter your provider credentials (see below)

  7. Click Test to verify the connection

  8. Click Save

  9. Use the Active Integration toggle to set it as your default pricing engine

βœ… Only one pricing provider can be active per access level at a time. Activating one deactivates the previous one.
