The Search results page has been revamped, making it easier to find the contact you are searching for.

We are laying the groundwork for a new Mortgage Customer Relationship Management system!

You will now see an icon in the navigation for a new Contacts page which lets you keep track of everyone in your address book. You can filter by what you need and also customize your layouts to view information in the way that you want.

For now, you will only be able to see your borrowers, but in upcoming releases you will be able to add and manage Business Contacts (i.e. real estate agents) and Companies.

Clicking on a contact will bring you to an updated Contact Profile page where you can view all sorts of information about the contact, including their personal details, active loans and loan history.

You can also change the Originator assigned to the borrower contact to be able to manage who the borrower speaks to.
