Our Mortgage CRM features have been expanded to include business contacts! Now you can keep track of all your business and borrower contacts within Sonar.

Add A Business Contact

You can now add the contacts (real estate agents, attorneys, title agents, etc.) that you work with the most. We allow you to add your personal relationships that only you can see as well as company contacts that would be helpful for your team to see.

Add A Borrower Contact

You can easily add a new borrower contact directly in Sonar with simple contact details such as phone and email. Once you’ve created a borrower contact, you can directly send them a link to complete their loan application.

You can add a new contact from the “+” on the new Contacts page or from the “+” in the global navigation.

From a Business Contact profile page, you can now see contact info as well as the Related Loans so that you can easily understand which loans the contact is associated with and how many loans the contact has brought to your business.

You can also add Referrals to a business contact so you can understand your top referral sources and identify relationships within your business addressbook.

Manage Your Loan Contacts & Loan Team

We now have a Loan Contacts page where you can add the business contacts (external) and the Loan Team (internal team of originators and processors) that have worked on a loan, providing a reference point to see the most essential contacts associated to the application.

You’re also now able to manage the Loan Team (i.e. the Originator and Processor team) on a loan and add additional Originators who can view the loan besides the Primary Originator.
