Sonar can send your leads into LeadMailbox seamlessly.
Outlined below are the steps you need to complete to have this integration set up and how to connect your lead mailbox integration to Sonar.
The integration is broken down into 2 parts, both can be done independently or together for a full integration

SENDING LEADS FROM LEADMAILBOX INTO SONAR
We recommend having both your Sonar Integrations page open & LeadMailbox open before you begin!
Log into your LeadMailbox account, click `Settings` > Services
Click "Add Service"
Select Sonar from the dropdown
From the URL field, you will want to replace the DOMAIN with the URL you will find in Sonar
DOMAIN - You will need to replace "Domain" with the endpoint URL you will get from Sonar (following the steps below).
the DOMAIN needs to be your POS (
companyname.pos.yoursonar.com)
Authentication - if you put a passcode in the Client Secret field within Sonar - replace Authentication with that code
Once both are updated, click "Save" - you are all set in LeadMailbox
Log into your Sonar Account, and navigate to the Integrations tab within Settings
Click `Add Company Integration`
Select CRM for Integrations type & `Generic` for the provider then click Continue
Copy the highlighted area and paste it into LeadMailbox.
Once you are done, click "Save"
The final step is to make sure you toggle the connection to be "Active Integration"
SENDING LEADS FROM SONAR TO LEADMAILBOX:
Adding LeadMailbox into your sonar configuration
To send your leads FROM Sonar TO LeadMailbox, you will need to contact Customer Support with the following:
Request to turn on the feature
list of the custom fields in a PDF or excel.
Here is how you would export this from LeadMailbox :
Login to lead mailbox
Navigate to settings
Click "Fields" on the left nav
Once Sonar has the request and list of fields, we will get the mapping completed on our end and notify you when this has been done.
Note: you will not see your leads go from Sonar into LeadMailbox until the mapping is completed + you complete the steps within "Connecting LeadMailbox to Sonar"
Connecting LeadMailbox to Sonar
Sonar will need the following pieces of information for the connection to be turned on "Account", "Campaign" and finally an "API Key".
You have the ability to set the campaign value that will be sent into LeadMailbox.
How to find the information within LeadMailbox
Account
The account will be the account you use to log in
Campaign:
You will want to copy whatever is in the Description field for the campaign you are creating.
To add a new campaign go to the Settings tab and click "Campaign." Once you are in the campaign tab click
API Key
To create an API key - within your Settings tab click `Add`. Put a description, and for the permissions make sure you check off "Create Leads", and "Update Leads".
Lastly, copy the API Secret and paste it into Sonar.
