πŸ› οΈIMPROVEMENTS

  • LOS pricing for Interest Only Loans as well as the ability to view & modify IO term

  • Ability to search for documents by the document name

  • The lead stage will now be shown in the loan header when the loan has the status of "lead"

  • Update the email header background to be toolbar color instead of the primary

  • Added back loan actions & notes to the summary page based on feedback

  • Admins can change the loan status from Active back to Lead Stage

  • Transaction Dialog updates to support 2nd liens & showing Loan Type

  • Update UI styling for links with buttons to make it easier to complete actions. As an example, the borrower page we moved "Verify Email" & "Disable Account" into the three dots at the top of the page

  • Support for workflows when LOS pricing is turned off, you will be redirect to the product tab

Home Equity Loans

With this latest release, we are excited to support the ability to originate Home Equity products (both HELOC + HELOANS). Additionally, this also means Sonar can support any subordinate transaction.

  • Adding a HELOC / HELOAN through the LOS:

    • To manually add a HELOC/HELOAN, the transaction type must be set to "Refinance Cash Out"

    • The Monthly Pmt will be broken down by the proposed transaction and the current monthly payments

  • Product / pricing Updates

  • Point of Sale Experience

    • Each company can decide if they wish to accept Home Equity loans through the Point of Sale, but by default, we turn this functionality off.

    • If you are interested in accepting Home Equity Loans through the POS - contact [email protected] and we can turn that on for you!

Adjustment Details can be viewed/edited on the product tab

  • With this latest release ARM Adjustment details can be modified from the product tab

  • LeadMailbox - SubjectProperty and Lead assignment changes

  • Credit error message now appears when there are no active connections

  • HomeDashboard was left blank
