πŸ› οΈ IMPROVEMENTS

  • Enhanced escrow management with new controls and disbursement scheduling:

    • Moved escrow tax and insurance settings from the Product tab back to the Property tab, with individual toggles for Property Taxes, HOA, and Homeowners Insurance

    • Added disbursement schedule tracking for escrow items β€” set payment frequency (Monthly, Annually, Semi-Annual, Quarterly) and manage due dates with auto-calculated amounts

    • Added Cushion Months and Total Months Escrowed fields, with automatic calculation based on closing date and first payment date

    • Expanded the escrow fee type dropdown with 25+ additional types, including Flood Insurance, Earthquake Insurance, various property tax types, and association dues

  • Added 1st Payment Date as a key date:

    • Automatically calculated as the first day of the second month following the closing date

    • Editable if you need to override the default

    • Visible in Key Dates, the Pipeline, and included in disclosure data exports

  • Added Project Classification Type to the Subject Property:

    • New dropdown in the Condo Details section with options for Streamlined Review, Established Project, New Project, FHA-approved, and more

    • Supports Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac project review classifications for condos, PUDs, and co-ops
