🛠️IMPROVEMENTS

  • Added the ability to generate the disclosure package without a credit report

  • Refreshed the Settings experience with a modernized layout and navigation:

    • Updated visual design and menu structure across all settings pages

  • Added a full audit trail for rate lock activity — every rate lock workflow event is now captured so you can see exactly what happened, when, and by whom

  • Loan Worksheet now displays more fees on the form, reducing the need to scroll or expand sections

  • Cleaned up the gift letter template by removing the redundant "Address of Same" line item

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed several Rate Lock dialog issues:

    • The Lock Rate button no longer appears in the zero state

    • Pricing adjustment rows now honor the Dark Mode theme on hover

    • Pricing adjustments can now be edited and saved on mobile

  • Resolved Verification of Mortgage being generated when the liability status is set to Proposed

  • Fixed the Prepaid Interest modal not auto-calculating Days and First Payment Date when the Estimated Closing Date key date was unset before the fee was added

  • Prevented users from flagging service providers in the Edit Business Contact dialog
