π οΈ IMPROVEMENTS
Loan Worksheet redesign β purchase and refinance worksheets are unified, and values now stay in sync with the loan file:
Consolidated the separate purchase and refinance templates into a single dynamic template
Worksheet values now pull from the same data the loan file uses, so the worksheet always matches what's on screen
Added Refundable Buydown Subsidy as an editable line item, with support for lender-paid, borrower-paid, and seller-paid scenarios
Prepaid Interest and First Payment Date enhancements:
Prepaid Interest now derives from Closing Date and First Payment Date directly β the modal exposes both dates as editable date pickers, and the sign of the resulting Days determines whether the borrower is charged interest or owed a credit. Editing either date in the modal also writes back to the loan's Key Dates as part of the same save.
Added short-month closing support β closings on the 1st through 7th can now produce a borrower interest credit on Section F when the first payment is the 1st of the following month
Auto-assignment of co-Originators from the global loan team:
When the primary Originator's global team is applied to a loan, all other active Originators on that team are added as non-primary Originators
Co-Originators already on the loan aren't duplicated, and disabled users are skipped
Added Lender Credits to the disclosure baseline so changes trigger Change of Circumstance tracking on the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure
β¨ NEW FEATURES
Pricing Adjustments & Rate Lock on the Product tab β Lock desk activity now lives in Sonar instead of spreadsheets and email, with itemized pricing and a full lock lifecycle on the loan file.
New itemized Pricing Adjustments panel showing Base Price β LLPAs β Final Price, with manual adjustments you can add, edit, and delete inline
New Lock Rate, Extend Lock, and Cancel Lock workflows that record activity directly on the loan, with a full audit trail
Adjustments pull from the PPE when available and remain editable
New "Rate Lock Extension" fee type that posts to Section A
Five new forms available for generation:
Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement (ABA)
First Payment Letter
Request for Hazard Insurance
Request for Payoff
Reconsideration of Value Disclosure (ROV)
Condo Questionnaire

Prepaid Interest and First Payment Date enhancements:
Section F prepaid interest now calculates correctly for standard end-of-month closings
Added short-month closing support β closings on the 1st through 7th can now produce a borrower interest credit on Section F when the first payment is the 1st of the following month
First Payment Date now auto-derives from Closing Date using the industry-standard rule, with manual override available on the Key Dates page
Auto-assignment of co-Originators from the global loan team:

π BUG FIXES
Fixed the Loan Worksheet Fee Itemization, summing only the borrower-paid portion of split fees β Total Est. Closing Cost now matches the Cash-to-Close dialog
Fixed a 400 error when editing a prepaid fee to set its "Paid By Others" portion in Closing Costs
Fixed the primary borrower appearing twice in the signatures list
Fixed Loan Contact records not being created when linking a Fee to a Contact (Paid To) for Affiliate Service Providers
Fixed Section F prepaid interest overstating the borrower's charge for standard end-of-month closings β closings like 4/30 with a 6/1 first payment now correctly show 1 day of prepaid interest instead of an inflated value.
