Sonar lets you export any loan as a MISMO 3.4 file — the industry-standard format used to transfer loan data between systems. Use this when you need to register a loan with a lender or import it into another system.

1. Open the loan you want to export. You can find it from your Pipeline, or search by loan number or borrower name using the search bar in the top left corner.

2. On the loan page, open the Actions menu on the right-hand side.

3. Click Export MISMO 3.4 File.

4. The file (an .xml file) downloads to your computer. You can now upload it to any system that accepts MISMO 3.4 files.

You don't see the Export MISMO 3.4 File option — your user role may not have export permissions. Ask your administrator to update your permissions.

The export fails — try again; if it keeps failing, contact support through the chat bubble and include the loan number.
