You can export your contact list from Sonar at any time — for example, to upload your contacts into a CRM or marketing tool.
Exporting Your Contacts
1. Navigate to the Contacts tab.
2. Use the Columns menu to select the fields you want included in the export (e.g., name, email, phone number). The exported file will match the columns currently displayed.
3. If you want to export your entire contact list, clear any active Filters. To export a subset (e.g., only borrower contacts or contacts owned by a specific person), apply filters first.
4. Click Layouts, then select Save as Excel file.
5. The file downloads to your computer in .xlsx format. If your CRM requires a CSV, open the file in Excel and use File > Save As to convert it to .csv.
Troubleshooting
You don't see the Save as Excel file option — your user role may not have export permissions. See User Roles & Permissions or contact your administrator.
Some fields are missing from the export — check the Columns menu and make sure those fields are selected before exporting.
