🛠️ IMPROVEMENTS

  • Added 1–6 day options to the rate lock extension dropdown, so you can extend a lock by just a few days to line an expiration up with an investor confirmation. The existing 7-, 15-, and 30-day options remain.

  • Real estate owned (REO) is no longer included in the Total Assets subtotal on the Assets tab, so asset totals reflect the borrower's qualifying assets.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed rate lock expiration dates that landed on a weekend or holiday. Expirations now roll forward to the next business day on both new locks and extensions, matching investor lock confirmations.

  • Fixed rate lock extensions overwriting one another. Each extension is now saved as its own record with its associated fee, so extension history and fees reconcile correctly.

  • Fixed editing a borrower address not saving. You can now update an existing address directly instead of deleting it and re-adding it.

  • Fixed date of birth and marital status missing from the credit report when a bureau is frozen. These fields are now included whenever they're available on the loan file.

  • Fixed the Loan Amount resetting when the Estimated Value changed. Changing the Estimated Value now keeps LTV constant and recalculates the Loan Amount; changing the Loan Amount keeps the Estimated Value constant and recalculates LTV.

  • Fixed the Loan API returning the wrong transaction type, where rate-and-term refinances were reported as cash-out. The loan summary now returns the correct transaction type and cash-out amount, consistent with the rest of Sonar.
