Duplicate Loan now lets you choose which borrowers and which information to copy into the new loan.
Copy all borrowers or only some. If you copy only a co-borrower, they become the primary borrower on the new loan.
Choose what else to copy: employment and income, assets, liabilities, real estate owned, documents and declarations.
Documents can only be copied when all borrowers are selected.
The new loan starts as a lead. Credit, pricing and lock, consents, disclosures and submission dates don't carry over.
đNEW FEATURES
Order SSN verifications and IRS tax transcripts through DataVerify without leaving the loan. Orders, statuses, and returned reports live on the loan's Services tab, so there's no need to log in to a separate vendor portal.
SSN Verification (SSA-89):
Order for one or more borrowers at once. Each borrower gets their own order.
Name, SSN and date of birth fill in from the loan. Anything missing is asked for before the order is sent.
Attach a signed SSA-89 for each borrower from the loan's documents, or upload a new one.
Results show Match or No Match. A No Match creates a task for the processor
Tax Transcripts (4506-C):
Order personal transcripts (1040, W-2, 1099) for a borrower, or business transcripts (1065, 1120) for a borrower's business.
Each form type you select is sent as its own order.
Choose up to four of the most recent tax years. Your company's default number of years is preselected.
Attach the signed 4506-C, plus an optional e-sign certificate.
Business orders need the business's EIN. Enter it during the order and it's saved to the borrower's employer.
IRS rejection reasons are shown on the order.
On the Services tab:
New SSN Verification and Tax Transcripts tables show each order's status, last update, who requested it and any message from DataVerify.
View and download completed reports. Returned reports are also filed to the loan's documents.
Use Refresh to check the latest status of a submitted order.
You can also start an order from the new SSN Verification and Tax Transcript Verification key actions in the loan side nav.
Setup:
Available on request. Your company adds its own DataVerify credentials in Settings under the new SSN Verification and Tax Transcript integration types.
Self-employed employers now have an optional EIN field.
Users with view-only access can see orders and results but can't place or refresh orders.
For AI and API customers:
New API endpoints and agent tools to order SSN verifications and tax transcripts and refresh their status.
