  • Added a new field "Source" to the pipeline

    • Source will help you better understand where your loans are coming in from.

  • Property Taxes/Insurance field(s) were moved from the property tab and are now available on the product tab:

  • Can put a LTV% which will alter the purchase price/loan amount from the transaction tab

  • Property Tab updates:

    • added the ability to put monthly or annual amounts for homeowners insurance and property taxes

    • Added a new field for HOA (Monthly) taxes

  • Credit Authorization forms will now be generated when the borrower gives consent through the POS

  • Powered by Sonar logo is added to the POS footer:

  • Updated the default page counts for Fee type of "Deed" + "Mortgage"

  • Adding 2024 option for call reports

Loan Summary Page

We're excited to announce a suite of new features designed to streamline your loan management experience from the summary page.

Here's what you can now do from the summary page now:

  • Modify Transaction, Borrower, Product, and Property data without leaving the summary page

  • Invite the primary borrower to complete their loan application

  • View who is on the loan team (both business + loan contacts)

  • Notes: Can modify/delete or create a note directly on the page

  • Loan Actions: actions such as "download mismo" or order credit are now centralized at the top of the page

  • Milestone Progression: using the arrows in the "milestone section" you can progress the milestone

  • Conditions: Visibility into outstanding conditions, and ability to remind borrowers of their outstanding conditions without leaving the summary page.

  • Improved the way you change a loan status: Now when you are finalizing your loan status you will have the option at the end to set your key dates, no need to go to the key dates after you update your loan status.

  • Upfront Fee factor is now getting updated when the product is saved

  • Updated the email role type from home to other for AUS

  • Added a fix to allow a user to view liabilities even when monthly payments are all 0
