Get Started - Administrator Setup

The first steps the system administrator should take

Welcome to Sonar! We're glad to have you on board. Before your company gets started, there are a few tasks for administrators to complete that will get Sonar up and running.

  1. Review and update your Company Settings.

    1. While here, make sure you add your State Licenses.

  2. Customize Sonar's look to match your brand with Site Branding.

  3. Link Sonar to your existing credit provider by Configuring Credit.

  4. Add any other third-party vendors, such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, by Configuring Integrations.

  5. Add your teammates and manage their permissions by Creating User Accounts.

    1. Make sure your own account is set to reflect your role; set yourself as a Processor or Originator instead of a User if you are going to work on loans. Find yourself on the list of users, click the number next to your name, then click Edit.
