This can be done in one of two ways.
In the REO tab (under the collection Application), select Edit on the property you wish to link, then select the appropriate liability in the dropdown menu.
Alternatively, in the Liabilities tab, select Edit on the liability you wish to link, and select the appropriate property to link in the dropdown menu.
