Net Cashflow from REO | Sum of the If reo section is positive it gets added here as other income | REO tab |
Gross Income from Primary | Subject property is a Primary residence and will display as gross | Property tab |
Subject Property Net Cash Flow | Subject property is not a primary residence, will display as net cash flow positive (if negative will be in obligations | Property tab |
