To change a active loan application's status to Withdrawn, Adverse, or Approved Not Accepted, you can request a status change that an administrator can then approve or deny.
Note: Users with Administrator privileges can skip the "Requested Status" and change the status directly by clicking Change next to Status.
For non-admin users: How to request a change
To request a status change
Go to the Summary tab within the loan.
2. Click Change next to Requested Status.
3. Request a new status of Adverse, Approved Not Accepted, or Withdrawn. You must also describe why this loan needs a status change.
NOTE: The next steps must be taken by an account with Administrator privileges.
4. Resolving the Change Request- The Administrator must go to the loan page where the status change was requested, and click Resolve.
5. The popup menu that appears will give you the option to accept or reject the change request. Rejecting the status change will leave the loan in its previous state and clear the status change request. Accepting the status change will replace the Resolve button with Apply.
6. When you hit "Apply" you will be prompted to give an explanation for why the loan is changing status. After filling this out, the loan will be changed from Active to the new state.
