Logging into your account

How to initially gain access into your Point of Sale and Loan Operating System

When your account is created, whether you just signed up for Sonar or a new User account was added to your company, you will receive an email almost immediately.

The email will come from [YOUR COMPANIES Name] "[email protected]".

Below is an example of the email you will receive and the steps needed to reset your password

1. Access the “please reset your password” email sent by the Sonar team. Click Reset Password

2. Once the email is accessed you will be prompted to create a new password.

3. After you have successfully reset your password, you will have the option to click "Home" - this will take you back to the borrower dashboard within the POS.

After creating the password successfully - you have officially set up your account in Sonar! 🎉 You will be logged into your company Point of Sale" and your account is successfully created

3. After your new password is created, you can click on the menu tab (top right) and select the “Home” option.

4. You will then be brought to your point-of-sale home screen. This is what your clients will see when directed to your dedicated POS landing page.

TIP: Bookmark your Point of Sale URL

  • If you have a website, embed the POS home screen URL into the section where you want to direct clients to start an application

5. To access your loan operating system simply change the “POS” in the web URL to “LOS”. Once changed, search the updated URL and you will be directed to your LOS. You will be prompted to log into your LOS - use the same email/password you just set to log in!
