How to use your Sonar PPE account

If you would like to manage your own lenders and comp, you can log into your Sonar PPE account

Your login information can be given to you by the Sonar Success Team at [email protected].

Adding Lenders

To add additional lenders / comp or rate sheet you can follow these steps:

  1. Click on “Lenders & Compensation"

  2. Click on the "My Approved Lenders" tab

    1. From here you can add lenders and add your comp. Lender Price will contact the each lender and match your rate sheet for you.

    2. If you have both comp. percentage and min. comp set, the minimum comp will always be honored. If the comp goes above the minimum %, the system will use the comp percentage to calculate compensation.

As soon as you save changes in Lender Price, pricing will immediately be updating inside Sonar.

Modifying Compensation:

To add and/or modify compensation for lenders

  1. Click 'My Approved Lenders'

  2. From here, click on the pencil icon to modify the details. Click the save icon once you have completed your changes.

Additional notes:

The 'Favorite Lenders' Tab

  • This tab can be used to get generic pricing for any of the lenders available.

  • If you see a check mark next to a lender name, this means that your rate sheet has been matched. You cannot uncheck the lender from this page.

  • We do not recommend selecting lenders manually from this page, as it can cause issues with the lenders that you have matched ratesheets for.
