Generating a MERS MIN number within Sonar
Setting up MERS
Companies Admins can input their unique MERs Org ID and MERS Seed from the Company settings page.
The MERS Seed number is an internal identifier and can be any number.
MIN number on a loan
As long as the company settings are correct, the MIN number can be generated & copied from the Transaction page.
The Origination Channel must be Correspondent or Retail. Select "Generate MIN" under the MIN Number field to generate the number.
