Main Navigation
To navigate Sonar, use the navigation icons on the left side of the screen.
The icon shaped like a house will take you to your Home, which displays your active loans and useful statistics.
The icon shaped like a person at a podium will take you to the Leads page, where you can find your mortgage leads.
The icon shaped like a square with a checkmark and three lines will take you to the Pipeline page where you can view your application pipeline.
The icon shaped like a circle with a percent sign will take you to the Pricing engine.
The icon shaped like a person will take you to the Contacts page, where you can view business contacts.
Administrators will also see an icon of a gear. This leads to administrative settings, such as site branding and user management.
The icon shaped like a square with an arrow pointing right is the logout button, which will log you out of Sonar.
The bottom icon, shaped like a circle with your initials, will take you to your profile page, where you can make changes to your account such as resetting your password.
The icon in the top right corner of the screen, shaped like a circle with a plus sign, will allow you to start the Smart App to create a new loan application.
The search bar is located near the top left of the screen. You can search for loans based on customer name, customer phone number, or loan number.
Finding a Loan
There are multiple ways to access a loan. You can look for it in your pipeline, or search for it in the search bar by either the loan number or the borrower's name.
Navigating Within Loans
Loan pages have an additional set of tabs on the left side for navigation.
Many additional tabs are contained within the Application, Loan Setup, and Underwriting collections (indicated by the down arrow). Click on one to expand it.
