To add a second mortgage on Sonar, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Transaction Tab
Log into your Sonar account and open the relevant loan file.
Go to the Transaction tab from the main navigation or click Edit from the Summary page
Modify the Lien Position
Within the Transaction tab, locate the section for lien positions.
Update the lien position to reflect the new mortgage as Second Position.
Review and Save
Confirm all details to ensure accuracy.
Click Save to apply the changes.
