Once a loan has passed the Application Submitted milestone, you can duplicate it.
Start by going to the Summary tab on the loan you wish to duplicate.
Verify that the loan file's status is Adverse or Withdrawn to avoid having multiple active loans for the same property.
Scroll down until you see the option for Duplicate Loan.
Clicking this button will open a new loan with a different loan number. You can find the new loan number at the top of the page. To verify that the duplication was successful, check the Application Date and confirm it is today's date.
The new loan will carry over most of the information, including the borrower's information, assets, credit score, and property information. However, the "entered by" field will change to your name, and the "entered on" date will be the date you duplicated the loan.
