How to return to an existing application in the POS

Borrowers can easily return to their in-progress loan applications directly from the Point of Sale (POS). This guide walks through how to access any existing application after logging in.


How to Return to Your Application

1. Log in to your account
Start by signing in using the same email and password you used when you first began your application.

2. Open the main menu
Once logged in, click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select “My Loans”
In the menu, choose My Loans. This will take you to a list of all loan applications associated with your account.

4. Choose the loan you want to continue
From the My Loans page, select the application you’d like to return to. You will be brought directly back to the latest section you were completing.

What You Can Do in “My Loans”

From the My Loans page, borrowers can:

  • Continue an application that’s already in progress

  • Review the status of existing applications

  • Start a new application if needed
