Q: How do I send a referral to a customer?

Sonar offers you two different ways to refer a customer:

  1. Unique referral for the LO's

  2. Entering basic information to send a referral email to a customer

Click on the plus sign menu in the top right corner of the screen, then click Send Referral.

You will be prompted for the customer's name and email address

Clicking Send will send an email to the borrower prompting them to start the loan application process online.

If you want to just use a referral link you can copy the link and send it to a customer.
